Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to upsell services and products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service advisors and manage workflow in the service area.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure service standards.
• Address and resolve complex customer inquiries.
