Job summary

Patterson Autos - Tustin Mazda is seeking an Automotive Service Greeter to warmly welcome customers and set the tone for an exceptional service experience. You’ll guide vehicles, collect initial information, and support Service Advisors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer full-time employment with a pay rate of $19–$21 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

The parts Automotive service greeter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $22.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
