Job summary

Jerry Seiner Buick GMC in North Salt Lake is seeking a friendly Service Greeter to join our Service Department. You will be the first impression for customers, ensuring they feel welcome and guiding them to the right Service Advisor.

This position offers a path to growth within the dealership, with a collaborative team and opportunities to learn the automotive service business. Pre-employment screenings are required, and pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive.
• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Assist with moving and parking customer vehicles safely.
• Retrieve customer vehicles when service is complete.
• Keep the Service Drive and customer areas clean and organized.
• Assist the Service Department with customer-service tasks.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for every customer.
• Work as part of a team to keep the Service Department running smoothly.

As the first point of contact for many of our Service Department customers, you'll play an important role in making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive
