Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for guests in the service lane. You will welcome customers, assist with vehicles, and help ensure a professional, friendly experience as part of a long-standing family-owned automotive group.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, and organized, with bi-lingual abilities a plus and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality suited to customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus; prior computer knowledge is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
• Move the customer's vehicle from the service drive to the proper area.
• Provide an inviting and professional experience for guests in the service lane.

Our Service Greeters ensure and are responsible for providing an inviting and professional experience to the guests who bring their vehicles in for their scheduled maintenance and repairs.
