Job summary

Fred Anderson Subaru in Charleston, SC is seeking an energetic Service Greeter to be the first contact for our service lane. You will greet guests, assist with the intake process and help ensure a welcoming, professional experience for customers having their vehicles serviced.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills; a high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Energetic and outgoing personality with proven customer service experience.
• Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service; move the vehicle from the service drive.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and coordinate the service intake process.
• Move the customer’s vehicle from the service drive to the service bay.
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience to guests and answer basic questions.
• Maintain a helpful, respectful demeanor with customers and team.
