Job summary

Ciocca VW of State College is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing and dynamic team. You will oversee service orders, ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service, and support the drive lanes with the goal of a smooth flow.

This full-time position, including some Saturdays, offers PTO, holidays, air-conditioned shops, a 401(k) with company matching, and a strong industry-leading insurance program. Growth opportunities exist within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated service and sales performance.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, on phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as needed.

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
