Automotive Service Advisor

Job Overview:

As an Automotive Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person our guests turn to when they need help with their vehicles. You play a key role in building relationships with our guests by guiding them through the repair process, keeping them informed, and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet every guest with hospitality and respect
  • Present clear and understandable repair solutions
  • Manage the store’s workflow efficiently
  • Sell services honestly and effectively
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere
  • Communicate professionally on the phone
  • Build long-term relationships with guests
  • Coordinate and participate in guest service activities
  • Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA branded vehicle
  • Ensure repairs meet proper specifications
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Upbeat, honest, and self-aware with enthusiasm
  • Experience sourcing parts, building tickets, and presenting repairs
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software; experience with TekMetric and Parts-Tech helpful
  • Experience in automotive customer service, sales, or as a Service Writer/Advisor preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Dependability for a schedule Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
  • Ability to stand, walk, and coordinate parts during the workday
  • Occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
  • Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
