Job summary

American Driveline Systems, Inc. is seeking an Advisor, Customer Service to join our Ft Gordon, GA team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle service and sales interactions, and support daily operations at the service desk and register.

You will assist in vehicle inspections, scheduling, and ensuring accurate processing of transactions while upholding company standards and safety procedures. Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related automotive service experience.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of math concepts for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone, scheduling appointments and selling parts and services.
• Organize and manage service business activities through work orders and register transactions, including vehicle inspections and part knowledge.
• Assist management with customer care, work orders, register support, and store operations.
• Follow cash, credit, check, refund and return policies and address customer service issues and opportunities.
• Perform express automotive services such as tire mounting, balancing, rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, and vehicle inspections.
