Qualifications

• Strong customer communication skills both in-person and on the phone.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies regarding customer and vehicle information.
• Authorized to work in the USA; willing to pass pre-employment checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to technicians.
• Present recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Explain repairs and costs to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints.

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Service Advisor Apprentice to join our team. Put your natural knack for pleasing people to work! We need more than a Service Advisor; we need an expert in the art and science of customer service--someone equally as comfortable greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between our customers and our service techs.

Responsibilities

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license
