Job summary

Westside Toyota in North Olmsted is seeking Experienced and Entry Level Service Advisors to join our team. We offer industry leading pay, award-winning shops, and state-of-the-art facilities in a prime location. Training opportunities and bonuses are available to help you grow with the company.

This is a full-time role with a 5-day work week; every other Saturday is required with Monday off that week. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, life insurance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings, and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
• You must hold the following credentials / experience.
• Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver quality workmanship and a superior customer experience.
• Continuously looking to learn and use new skills.
• Value a strong team-based workplace.
