Dobbs Tire is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our Nixa location’s sales team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assess customer needs, recommend tires and services, and manage day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

A hands-on leader, you will balance customer service with shop workflow while driving store goals. The role requires at least 1 year in retail sales management, with automotive repair industry experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Automotive repair industry experience is preferred.

• Perform daily opening and closing duties, including safe handling of deposits and basic shop support tasks such as occasional tire mounting and balancing.
• Lead by example to promote a clean, organized, and customer-friendly showroom and service environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities to manage customer interactions, sales activity, and operational priorities.

This positionis responsible forassessing customer needs, recommending the right tires and services, and managing day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate combines strong automotive knowledge with excellent communication and multitasking skills to balance customer service, shop workflow, and team coordination. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
