Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Consultant at Napleton KIA Carmel. The role acts as a liaison to customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and ensuring transparent communication throughout the service lane.

You will help customers choose appropriate maintenance, document estimates, and coordinate with technicians to meet timelines while upholding outstanding service standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to learn and use technology effectively.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to address vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide timely communication and keep customers updated.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely work completion.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize advanced Fixed Operations Technology.
