At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to manage and direct all service department activities in a retail store engaged in selling tires and automotive parts and services. This role is a developmental step towards Store Manager. Midas promotes from within and invests in employee training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, consulting with customers
• Follow up on services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Oversee vehicle inspections, make recommendations, create repair orders, source parts
• Discuss pricing estimates and promote shop specials
• Lead, manage, and train team members, aligning with company values
• Supervise up to ten employees
• Oversee inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of various vehicles
• Maintain inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
