Job summary

Fred Anderson Automotive Group's Toyota of Charleston is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor with energy and an outgoing personality to deliver quality, professional service to our service customers during maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and time-management skills, the ability to build rapport with guests, explain needed repairs, and guide them through the service process with a focus on exceptional customer service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Energetic and outgoing; proven customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required or preferred.
• Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
• Explain needed repairs and costs clearly to customers.
• Guide guests through the service process with accuracy and professionalism.
