Job summary

Freedom Ford in Iselin, NJ is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to deliver a positive car-buying experience. You will greet customers, identify needs, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and guide deals with the finance team.

A strong work ethic, customer focus, and solid communication are essential. Prior auto sales experience is welcome but not required; reliable CRM use and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid and clean driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dealership experience
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, current inventory, and manufacturer programs
• Work closely with management and the finance team to structure and finalize deals
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Assist with showroom presentation, vehicle displays, and lot organization
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner

This position requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset.
