Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and provide expert advice. You will maintain inventory, assist with product selection, and support store operations to deliver WOW! Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail a plus.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and questions about parts and accessories.
• Maintain organized merchandise and inventory on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale procedures and process transactions accurately.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
• Uphold safety policies and PPE; follow loss prevention guidelines.
