Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Sell a minimum number of vehicles per manager goals.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits and discuss optional equipment.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly performance to plan time effectively.
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification prior to test drive.
