AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate in Houston to sell new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards. Join a nationwide network where you’ll leverage cutting-edge CRM tools and equity mining resources to drive leads and close deals.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Desire to exceed goals and earn through commission.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit.
• Meet customer satisfaction, volume, and productivity standards.
• Follow up with customers to close deals.
• Utilize CRM to manage leads and opportunities.
