Crown Lexus in Ontario, CA is seeking Salespeople to sell vehicles and meet dealership goals, focusing on personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow‑up. You will deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and drive repeat business through effective follow-up and service coordination.

The position offers $17.00 per hour with commission based on performance and a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401k and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Aufgaben

• Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives).
• Deliver vehicles to customers with understanding of features, warranty, paperwork and loyalty.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Keep abreast of inventory and features to benefit customers.
• Work with service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned on schedule.
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and manufacturer.
• Understand equity and values and explain depreciation to customers.
