Responsibilities

• Structures vehicle deals, including contracting customers, ensuring accurate paperwork, and getting deals bought by bank; manages funding delays.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of your team sales employees, building an effective team.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations affecting sales.
• Assists salespeople in setting monthly goals and provides support to meet them.
• Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers with a prospecting and sales control system.
• Conducts daily/weekly sales meetings.
• Provides communication across the sales department and with other departments.
• Maintains high ratings in customer reviews.
