Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and create strategies that will enhance the overall consumer experience.
• Direct sales staff and oversee the sales process to close deals.
• Ensure inventory orders are up to date and correct on the lot.
• Maintain a positive showroom atmosphere and supervise sales teams.
• Schedule training meetings with sales staff at least 3 days per week.
• Hold daily 9am meetings to review yesterday's activities and today's plan.
• Assist sales associates with customers as needed.
• Monitor funding on every deal and ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain CRM activity related to sales, trends, and reporting.
