Job summary

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, proudly serving Central Florida, seeks an Automotive Sales Manager to promote, train, and sell dealership products with a customer‑centric, negotiation‑free sales approach. You will lead staffing, training, and sales initiatives across multiple brands within the Holler network.

The role requires building objectives, monitoring performance, and managing inventories while maintaining professional standards and strong customer service. Ford experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive Finance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train new sales associates
• Direct sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
• Establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Monitor salesperson productivity and performance.
• Coach and counsel sales associates
• Order/acquire new‑ and used‑vehicle inventory
• Administer and monitor factory‑sponsored programs
• Display, merchandise, and promote new‑ and used‑vehicles
• Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
• Serve as liaison between sales department and other departments
• Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
• Follow the selling process, including manager fly‑bys and presenting numbers to customers
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Attend managers meetings as requested
• Other duties as assigned
• Negotiate free sales
• Strong inventory of new and used cars

We are looking for a result‑driven, motivated experienced Automotive Sales Manager responsible for promoting, training, and selling the dealership’s products and services through effective sales and training techniques and quality customer service. We are a negotiation‑free sales environment where our sales specialists are paid an hourly rate plus bonuses based on the number of cars sold, not the price of the car. Ford Experience is a plus.
