Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably automotive.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly with a professional demeanor.
• Identify customer needs through conversation and product knowledge.
• Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and accompany customers on test drives.
• Prepare sales documentation, trade appraisals, and deal jackets with Sales Managers.
• Manage the full delivery process including vehicle readiness, documentation, and service introductions.
