Berglund Chevrolet in Roanoke, VA is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. We train, coach and support you to build a successful automotive sales career.

We are locally owned and family operated, with opportunity for career growth across 10 locations and 20 brands. Earnings range from $45,000 to $150,000 annually based on performance; commissions reward production. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, time off, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Build relationships by providing a professional, customer-focused buying experience.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, options, and available incentives.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email.
• Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the sales and vehicle delivery process.
• Stay knowledgeable about Chevrolet products, inventory, and dealership programs.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings range from $45,000 to $150,000, based on individual performance and sales results.

Our commission structure rewards production. As monthly vehicle sales increase, the commission percentage increases and applies back to all qualifying units sold during the month. It’s a pay plan designed to reward sales professionals who perform.
