The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and knowledge of automotive parts. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge helpful for parts and products.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish advantageous.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus for technical credibility.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to support sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and keep organized, follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; use PPE as required.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
