Toyota of North Canton and BMW of North Canton are hiring Automotive Sales Associates! Join our team with a 5-day work week, strong benefits, and growth opportunities. No experience? We will train you for success!

Meet and greet customers, explain our vehicle lines, perform quality demonstrations, and follow up to secure referrals. Report to the Sales Manager and bring a positive A-game every day to help drive results in a supportive dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn new skills.
• Excellent phone and computer skills are required.
• Phenomenal communication with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers.
• Introduce them to the vehicle product line.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
