AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the frontline of WOW! customer service. You will help customers locate automotive parts, offer product recommendations, and provide expert advice while maintaining a clean, organized store.

You’ll engage with customers, support team members, and contribute to sales goals. A flexible schedule, physical duties, and ASE certification are valued assets for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Customer service experience in retail or automotive contexts preferred.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is helpful and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and questions.
• Provide expert advice to help customers find the right parts and solutions.
• Maintain organized stock, follow POS procedures, and support store operations.
• Contribute to sales goals and store performance through upselling and service.
