Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. Auburn, WA is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will provide expert advice, engage in teamwork, and strive to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support store operations, handle merchandise restocking, and follow safety and cash-handling procedures while delivering WOW! customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Must be able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Promote products and services to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
• Provide product knowledge and assistance with installation services (wiper blades, batteries, bulbs).
• Use diagnostic tools to understand customer vehicle issues and suggest solutions.
