Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone, driving sales for our automotive services and products. You will build relationships, promote offerings, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure smooth, efficient visits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
