AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You will engage with customers, share trustworthy advice, and support store operations to help hit sales goals.

Flexibility is required for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. A minimum age of 16 is required; ASE certification and prior automotive retail experience are a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are valued to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail preferred.
• Certification: ASE (Automotive Service Excellence).
• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Maintain well-stocked inventory and organized store.
• Support sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
