Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to boost customer experience and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from vehicles and suggest solutions.
