AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and solutions while delivering WOW! Customer Service. You’ll support store operations, grow sales, and work in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, teamwork, and product knowledge with opportunities for growth. A flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime, is required for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail and ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and use PPE to maintain a safe store environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions.
