You’ll engage with customers, stock shelves, and support store operations while building product knowledge and teamwork with the team. Responsibilities include assisting with product selection, promoting promotions, and contributing to sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish helpful for customer interactions.
• Experience in retail or automotive retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
• Provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves and POS area.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Keep up-to-date on products, promotions, and repairs.
