Job summary

The role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn about automotive parts, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Prior retail experience is a plus, ASE certification is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Strong communication with customers in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and upsell to meet sales goals.
• Maintain well-stocked, organized store shelves and displays.
• Provide expert advice on automotive parts and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and adhere to POS policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
