Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at our Brick and Toms River locations in New Jersey. The role emphasizes accurate maintenance, diagnostics, and customer-focused service.

You will work with advanced diagnostic tools, have opportunities for ongoing training, and benefit from a competitive hourly wage with guaranteed billable hours and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and diagnostics/repair for engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, suspension, and HVAC.
• Use advanced automotive diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues.
• Maintain and continually develop technical skills to stay flexible across assignments.

Join AAA and be part of a team that values excellence, teamwork, and a shared commitment to customer satisfaction.Location addresses:Brick - 718 Route 70, Brick, NJ 08723Toms River - 1199 Rt 37 East, Toms River, NJ 08753As an Automotive Repair Technician, AAA can offer you:A Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $28.93 to $40.60 hourly flat rate, and includes a 30 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.B Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $25.81 to $36.25 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.C Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $22.58 to $35.00 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.Repair Technicians can also take advantage of our Productivity Incentive Bonus that gives you the opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus on each biweekly paycheck!Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required.
