Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking skilled Automotive Repair Technicians in Virginia to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across a broad range of makes and models. You will work with a supportive team in a modern, safe shop environment and will be rewarded with competitive hourly rates and a generous benefits package.

Technicians at A, B, and C levels enjoy structured pay scales and guaranteed billable hours, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within 12 months) or dealer certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Satisfactory employment screening including criminal, drug and motor vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain tools and follow safety procedures.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
• Work with an experienced team in a clean, well-equipped shop.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.

Our Automotive Repair Technicians - Level A, B, and C are dedicated technicians who accurately repair customer vehicles, and positively influence customer satisfaction. Our CCIT stores are AAA owned and operated and serve a large membership base. There is plenty of business year round!

What we can offer you:

• A-Level Technicians - $28.93 to $36.92 hourly flat rate, and includes a 30 Hour Billable Week Guarantee
• B-Level Technicians - $25.81 to $32.95 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee
• C-Level Technicians - $22.58 to $28.86 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

What our Automotive Technicians Do:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.

Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices.

What you will need:

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or ability to obtain in 12 months - paid by AAA) or car dealer certifications

State Safety and Emissions license preferred, not required

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds, and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Satisfactory employment screening results including criminal, drug and motor vehicle.
