Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician A to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customers leave with confidence.

This full-time role offers a base hourly rate of $26.30–$36.92, a 30-hour minimum, productivity bonuses, ASE certification support, and paid ASE certifications. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience) and ability to certify within 12 months – paid by AAA.
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work including Engine, Transmission, Suspension & Steering, Brakes (ABS/traction control), Electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand skills.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service associates.
