Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. The role offers access to advanced diagnostic tools, ongoing training, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Full-time associates receive strong benefits including health, PTO, and 401k options. Positions at Brick and Toms River locations require physical capability, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (Paid for by AAA).
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory pre-employment screenings (background, drug).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and automotive diagnostics/repair across engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical, and heating/AC.
• Maintain and grow specialized skills to stay flexible across assignments.
