Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician A in Toledo, OH. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to ensure customer confidence and peace of mind. The role includes training and mentoring teammates, with a focus on safety and quality.

Full-time schedule with Saturdays required, base hourly pay $24.99–$35.08, and a productive bonus structure. AAA covers ASE certifications, offers strong benefits, and supports career growth through training

Qualifications

• 6+ years as automotive technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred (or equivalent with 12 months to certify – paid by AAA).
• L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work across engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain high technical proficiency and expand skills.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe; follow manufacturer procedures and best practices.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service staff.
