Job summary

AAA Club Alliance seeks experienced Automotive Technicians for its year-round talent pipeline across multiple locations. Join a trusted national organization that supports growth with paid ASE certifications, ongoing training, and modern equipment to help you excel.

Positions include A/B/C level opportunities with competitive pay, a weekday schedule, and a guaranteed billable week. Training and certification support are provided, and full benefits accompany full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, 5 days per week; Saturdays required.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain and grow technical expertise to handle varied tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment per guidelines.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications or standard practices.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

What We Offer:

• A Technicians: $23.67 - $30.21/hour flat rate + 30-hour billable week guarantee
• B Technicians: $21.12 - $26.96/hour flat rate + 20-hour billable week guarantee
• C Technicians: $18.48 - $23.61/hour flat rate + 20-hour billable week guarantee
• Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week - Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.
• Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!

Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in areas such as engine performance, transmissions (automatic & manual), suspension & steering, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning.
• Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
• Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (experience requirements vary by position level).
• ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in relevant areas (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, 5 days per week.
• Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule.
• The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off.
• Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
