Job summary

Major Automotive in Plano, TX is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician to join a fast-growing shop serving the Melissa area. You will diagnose, inspect, and repair brakes, suspension, cooling systems and engines while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and communicating with service advisors.

This full-time position offers hands-on training, a production-based bonus plan, paid ASE certification reimbursement, paid vacation, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a professional repair facility.
• Diagnosing capabilities required.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• NO EGO, you must be coachable.
