Caliber Collision in Dallas is seeking an Automotive Regional Manager to lead field operations across the region, driving performance, safety, and customer excellence while coaching managers and teammates to deliver world-class service and growth.

The role requires 7+ years in automotive repair, 5+ years leading teams, and strong communication and sales skills. Travel within the region is expected as part of ongoing development and partnerships.
