Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Refinish Technician to deliver high-quality vehicle refinishes that restore cars to pre-accident condition. You will work with a collaborative team to meet KPI targets and uphold safety standards.

With a minimum of 2 years in collision repair refinish, you will apply paints per OEM specs, ensure precise color matching, and maintain a safe, efficient production area while supporting the management team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years refinish experience in collision repair.
• PPG Certification preferred; I-Car Registered progress towards Gold Class.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently on refinishes.
• Maintain vehicle refinishing per OEM specs and quality standards.
• Inspect prep and refinishing work for deficiencies and report to supervisor.
• Complete RO line items to meet quality standards.
• Mix and apply paints to achieve accurate color match.
• Follow safety and hazardous waste disposal procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment upkeep.
• Participate in daily production meetings and training.
