CarMax is seeking a Reconditioning Associate at our Maple Shade, NJ store to help ensure every vehicle meets quality standards. You will assist with cleaning, detailing, staging and inventory, while delivering a first‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain accurate records.
• Move and stage vehicles across the lot for optimal customer viewing.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming environment reflecting CarMax's commitment to excellence.
• Perform reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Learn and apply best practices in automotive care and inventory management.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
