Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 3 PM to 6 PM
• Saturday: 7 AM to 4 PM

Responsibilities & Requirements:

As our Automotive Receptionist / Cashier, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting guests as the first point of contact, guiding them to their destination in the showroom.
• Answering phone calls with a friendly attitude, directing them, taking messages, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Handling clerical tasks, such as collecting customer service payments, closing tickets, organizing mail.
• Providing administrative support to the team and assisting with any other duties as needed.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in cashiering or customer-facing roles (preferred, but not required)
• Strong clerical and administrative knowledge to keep things running smoothly.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude – no task is too big!
• An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills to keep customers coming back for more.
• A dependable work ethic and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Basic math skills to ensure transactions are smooth and accurate.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass pre-employment checks including background screening and drug tests.
