Cleburne Ford is seeking an energetic and reliable Automotive Quick Lane Technician to join our service team in Cleburne, TX. In this role, you will perform express maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and battery replacements, with opportunities for advancement within a high-volume dealership.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of express lube or Quick Lane experience or are entry-level with mechanical aptitude, and must hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 6+ months express lube or Quick Lane experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and shop tools.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Express maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery replacements.
• Conduct multipoint vehicle inspections and communicate needs to advisors.
• Identify maintenance needs and educate customers.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, and installation following safety standards.
• Keep work bays and tools clean and organized.
