Job summary

Formel D is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to support the Project Manager in coordinating engineers and technicians on location for automotive quality projects. You will act as the first contact for issues and facilitate communication between the company and customers.

The role focuses on leading quality improvement initiatives, organizing project meetings, and ensuring proper containment procedures for parts used in vehicle assembly.

Qualifications

• Leadership of assigned team including scheduling, discipline, safety, training, workloads and morale.
• Hands-on project experience in automotive service fields of Quality, Re-work and Retrofit.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to travel as needed and work with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize and implement quality improvement projects in the OEM automotive client area; plan and execute action plans.
• Lead and attend project meetings with colleagues and customers.
• Project team setup for containment of automotive parts, ensuring only approved components are sent to the OEM for vehicle assembly.
• Verify weekly payroll hours to ensure accurate client invoicing of hours worked.
