Job summary

IATF 16949 compliance and strong communication are essential. You will design quality systems, perform product audits, and lead a 10-person team while collaborating with the Plant Manager and customers.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in a Quality Manager role.
• Experience with Automotive Quality systems and IATF 16949 compliance.
• Knowledge of 8D, 5Why, FMEA and Root Cause Analysis is highly important.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-member Quality team.
• Ensure IATF 16949 compliance and conduct product audits.
• Design and implement Quality systems.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and interact with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
