Job summary

IsoTalent is seeking an experienced Quality Manager in an automotive manufacturing setting to lead the Quality Assurance team onsite in Moraine, Ohio. You will drive quality systems, customer satisfaction, audits, and continuous improvement across the plant, aligning with IATF 16949 and AIAG standards.

You will mentor Quality Engineers, manage supplier quality and PPAP/APQP processes, coordinate calibration programs, and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance and performance against OEM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading audits and quality systems in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP/PPAP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department.
• Establish and monitor quality objectives, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Coordinate calibration programs and supplier quality activities.
