Job summary

Role requires 3+ years with automotive OEMs, strong Excel skills, and experience with PCR/EQPR/SQIDS/SWCS/SKIP/SPIMS. Collaboration with internal teams and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with automotive OEMs in quality assurance.
• Automotive experience with OEMs such as Toyota, Honda, Ford, GM.
• Excel experience – pivot tables, reporting and data tracking.
• Strong communication when working with customers.
• Experience with PCR, EQPR, SQIDS, SWCS, SKIP, SPIMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality mass production brake systems and components.
• Attend customer trial events and evaluations to validate product quality.
• Lead and coordinate new product evaluations with engineers and managers.
• Provide leadership to manufacturing plants for quick detection and resolution of quality issues.
• Maintain and monitor customer portals and systems for program quality status.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets/databases to track program development and issues.
